Dishonest-vr-rock

VR-Rock, a company that sells prescription lenses for VR headsets, has been accused of engaging in unethical practices to boost its online reputation and suppress negative feedback. Investigations, particularly from, allege that VR-Rock uses fake Reddit accounts—mainly operated from the Philippines to flood threads with scripted, overly positive comments, often on months-old posts, creating the illusion of genuine customer satisfaction.

These coordinated posts are sometimes removed by moderators, but many remain, misleading potential buyers. Additionally, several users have reported poor customer service, including unaddressed product defects, ignored warranty claims, and even persistent emails pressuring them to remove negative reviews.

Some customers who tried to resolve issues through PayPal disputes were unsuccessful due to technicalities, further fueling frustration. While VR-Rock’s products may work for some, the company’s alleged reliance on deceptive marketing and aggressive suppression of criticism raises serious concerns about its trustworthiness.
